17th May – Quiz Fundraising Night

Hello Everyone. It is my dream to represent the Great Britain ladies deaf football team at the Deaflympic games in Bulgaria this Summer.

Unfortunately the costs are very high and I have to raise lots of funds myself. I am holding a fundraising night in Belfast on Friday 17th May.

There will be a fun quiz with fun and games and it will be good craic. It costs £5 per person to enter.

Fit 4 U Project

The Fit 4 U Project is funded by the Public Health Agency and led by the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (Councils – Dungannon & South Tyrone, Armagh City & District, Craigavon, Banbridge and Newry & Mourne) in partnership with other organisations.

It aims to empower people with physical/sensory disabilities to improve their health through participation in a range of physical activity and leisure opportunities.

Kinghan Church Bowling Club

Kinghan+TriplesIrish Indoor Bowling Association

IIBA Championship Finals – Saturday 6th April in Richhill Recreation Centre at 1pm

Tomorrow history could be made with 3 deaf bowlers playing in the Triples Final, this is a great achievement for Kinghan BC and South East Belfast Zone. Paul’s last appearance in the finals was in 1991 so a 22 year wait for another chance to win a Irish Finals.

Belfast Deaf Bowling (BDB) – It is already selecting teams. Who go to Dublin – Please meet park ave hotel on this Saturday 16th February 2013 at 9.00am (please be there before 9.30am). £10 per for fee coach return. Wear Belfast shirts, Black or Grey trousers / skirts, footwear bowling, No balls. Please bring a lunch and drink. BDB committees wish good luck game.
